Dodgers themed concession stand 💙

This year has brought tough news—my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. It shook us, but in true family fashion, we decided to face it with love, laughter, and celebration.

The family threw him a Dodgers-themed birthday party recently , complete with blue and white decorations, his favorite team gear, and the sounds of his favorite Tamborazo tunes he’s always loved. Seeing him smile, surrounded by the people who love him, reminded us all that even in uncertain times, joy still finds a way in.

DIY Game Day Concession Stand – A Home Run Idea!

There’s nothing quite like combining creativity, sports spirit, and a love for snacks to bring something fun to life — and that’s exactly what I did with this DIY concession stand! A little bit of nostalgia – I put together a fun, eye-catching setup that brings the ballpark right to the party.

Welcome to Juan’s Concession Stand!

My goal was to create a functional, and festive snack station for friends and family — perfect for a Dodgers game watch party or any baseball-themed gathering. I incorporated Hydrangeas and Carnations for that natural touch and used a metal shelf transformed into a mini concession stand, complete with signage, treats, and a whole lot of character.

The Details That Hit it Out of the Park:

• Snack Attack: The shelves feature bags of peanuts, Baby Ruth chocolate bars, Cracker Jack popcorn and Sunflower seeds ! These snacks definitely gave it a ballpark feel.

• Vintage Vibes: This red Coca-Cola ice chest belonged to my husband’s grandpa and I repurposed it by using it as a planter. I filled with beautiful blue hydrangeas and white carnations and complimented it with Mini Coca-Cola glass bottles – such a nostalgic incorporation .
